Dorothy Lorene Mcbroome

Dorothy Lorene McBroome, 80 of Independence, MO passed away Thu. Feb 3, 2005 at the Independence Health Care Center. Services will be 2:00 pm Sat, Feb 5, 2005 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave, Indep, MO. Burial in Mound Grove Cemetery. Contributions are suggested to the Aseracare Hospice Program, 11020 NW Ambassador Dr. Suite 305, KCMO 64153. Mrs. McBroome was born on Feb 25, 1924 to Frank and Freda Milburn in Independence and was a life long area resident. She had been a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Frisby for many years and in recent years had worked at Lake City Ammunition Plant. Mrs. McBroome had been a member of the Stone Church Community of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband James McBroome and a sister Louise Post. Dorothy is survived by a son, James Kim of Independence, MO and a sister Bonnie Holcomb and husband Harold of Springfield, MO.
