Joseph L. Mccullough

Joseph "Joe� L. McCullough, 71, Independence, MO passed away May 23, 2006. Services will be 10 am, Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; interment at Mt. Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Monday at the funeral home. The family suggests contributions to the Alzheimer�s Assoc. Joe was born June 17, 1934 in Webb City, MO. He worked at the GM Leeds Plant for 35 years. Joe was an ordained minister and was very active in the Susquehanna Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and Sunday School teacher. He was a member of the Independence Lion�s Club and volunteered at the Medical Center of Independence, the Southern Baptist Convention Mission Service Corps and the Cancer Institute of Health Midwest. Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Lois V. McCullough in 2005. He is survived by daughters Karen DuBois and husband Joe, Lawson, MO; Katrina McCullough, Independence, MO; son Kevin McCullough and wife Holly, Oak Grove, MO; grandchildren Melissa Dieker and husband Craig, Nicole DuBois; Tyler McCullough; Josh Due; Andy Due; Robin Due; and Mikayla McCullough
