He was lucky to have made several life long friends as a youth as well as in high school at Blue Springs High School. After completing his Associates Degree, at MCC Maple Woods, he was welcomed into the team at Sungevity in Kansas City, MO where he developed an interest in solar energy that inspired him to continue to further his education. He had ambitions to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Solar Engineering. He enjoyed traveling and was proud to have trekked his way all across the US. In doing so, he discovered a passion for hiking as well as an appreciation for the outdoors. Kansas City was truly home for Stephen. He was an avid Chiefs fan who tailgated as much as he could. He is sure to have shared many memories at Arrowhead friends and family. He enjoyed taking on a challenge and with the help of his best friend he took up the task of constructing a tiny house which he was immensely proud of. In his free time you could catch him on the basketball court where he broke ankles and left 'em shook. He is survived by: his mother, Shanea Ghrib (Hichem); 4 sisters, Christina McGeehan, Tiffany McGeehan, Daniell McGeehan and Chrystal McGeehan; 2 nieces, Payten Howell and Norah Howell and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.
