Margaret Jane Mckinley

Margaret Jane McKinley, 84 of Independence, MO passed away, Monday, March 27, 2006 at Regency Care Center in Independence. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 31, 2006 at the Carson-Speaks chapel. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Gladstone, MO. The family will greet friends from 9:00 a.m., until services time Friday at the chapel. Donations to Dream Factory 1218 S. 3rd St. Louisville, KY 40203. Margaret was born one of a set of triplets on July 1, 1921 in Liberty, MO to Landie Richard and Carrie Jane (Clements) Hulse. She grew up in Liberty and graduated from Liberty High School in 1939. She had worked in the assessor�s office for the City of Independence for over 27 years before she retired. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, a good party, traveling and spending time at their cabin at the lake. Margaret was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Independence. She was married to Roy Earnest McKinley in 1942, he passed away in 1991. Survivors include; a daughter, Donna Davenport and her husband Larry of Blue Springs, MO; a son, Blair McKinley and his wife Kathy of Independence, MO; 2 sisters Martha Troutz and Mae McKown both of Independence, MO; 4 grandchildren, Stephany Davenport, Larry Davenport, Jr., Josh McKinley and Carrie McKinley and 9 great grandchildren.
