David George Mckinney

David G. McKinney, 60 of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007 at the VA Medical Center. Cremation is planned with a memorial visitation to be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday evening, July 11, 2007 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. David was born December 17, 1946 in Independence, MO to Harold & Francis Fizer and has been a lifelong area resident. He owned and operated McKinney Bail Bonding in Independence for over 25 years. He enjoyed attending antique car shows. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam. He married Debbie (Anderson) on September 29, 1989, she survives. Other survivors include; a son, Troy McKinney; a daughters, Lisa, Stacey Dennis and her husband Jon and Ricci Welch; 2 sisters, Linda Moore and her husband Dan of Branson, MO and Rena Hern and her husband Mark; 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
