Jimmie W. McVey, Jr., of Independence, MO passed away far too soon on Monday, February 1, 2021. He was 59. A memorial visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Saturday, February 6th at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052.
Jimmie was born on April 1, 1961 to Jimmie Sr. and Dianna (Mason) McVey in Kansas City, KS. He served in the US Army from 1981 to 1984. Jimmie was a HUGE KC Chiefs fan and enjoyed studying the paranormal.
He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon of the home; his brother, Jason McVey of Lake Station, IN; Kenneth and Karen Dunaway of Independence, MO; his nieces and nephews, as well as, his beloved pets.
