Mary Mcwilliams

Mary F. McWilliams, 80, formerly of Independence, MO passed away December 30, 2013. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. service on Saturday, January 4, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Graveside service will be held at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Mary was born February 12, 1933 in Iola, KS. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Mary was a homemaker for the majority of her life, but had worked at Hallmark Cards and Noland Road Bank, where she started many life long friendships. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James A. McWilliams; and one sister. She is survived by her two children, James R. McWilliams and wife Debbie of Slidell, LA, Sherry Denham of Denver, CO; four grandchildren, John Vaught, Laurie Vaught, Zachary Denham and Adam Denham; seven great grandchildren; two sisters; and two brothers.
