Beulah M. Meadows

Beulah M. Meadows, 82 of Independence, MO passed away Monday, January 15, 2007 at her residence. Funeral services and burial will be held in West Virginia. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Donations may be made to the Kansas City Hospice. Beulah was born December 19, 1924 in West Virginia to Howard Porter and Mollie (Caperton) Young. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. She was a member of Tri-Cities Ministries in Independence. She was married to Robert A. Meadows in 1943; he died on July 23, 2000. Survivors include; 2 sons, Thomas Meadows and his wife Nora of Independence, MO and Ronald Meadows and his wife Brenda of Narrows, VA; a brother, Howard Young of Buckner, MO; 2 sisters, Frances Ellison of Independence, MO and Kathryn Willey of Hinton WV; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
