Margaret Medford

Margaret Sue Medford, 57, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at her sister and brother-in-law�s home in Independence, MO, following a 14-month courageous battle with cancer. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2003 at the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff, MO. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11:00 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, Independence, MO. She was born April 7, 1946 in Sturdivant, MO. She is survived by her parents, James and Mary Faughn of Poplar Bluff, MO; one son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Dawn Medford of Phoenix, AZ; one daughter and son-in-law Kimberly and Robert Brees of Buck Eye, AZ; one sister and brother-in-law, Alice and Robert Deskins of Independence, MO; 2 brothers and sister�s-in-law, Harold and Elaine Faughn of Jefferson City, MO and Mark and Terrie Faughn of Poplar Bluff, MO; 7 grandchildren, Robert and Jo Ellen Brees, Amber, Katie, Christina, Rebecca and Cassandra Medford all of Phoenix, AZ; 6 nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles and friends. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her family and friends are saddened by her death and will cherish her memories.
