James F. Mercer, 63, of Gladstone, MO passed away Wed. June 25, 2003 at the White Oak Living Center. Mr. Mercer was born on July 28, 1939 in Kansas City, MO to Leon and Louise Mercer and was a lifelong area resident. He had been a Residential Contractor and a Realtor. He was a veteran of the US Army. Mr. Mercer is survived by a brother, Edward L. Mercer and wife Mary of Blue Springs, MO and by two step-nieces
