Wanda Louise Miller

Wanda Miller 55, passed away September 18, 2006. Graveside service will be 10:00 am Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006 at MO State Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-8:30 pm Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2006, at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Contributions may be made to the family. Wanda was born June 14, 1951 in Independence, MO to Wando Fountain and Mary Louise (York) Wilson. She graduated from Truman High School, and worked in several Beauty Shops around town. Her greatest pleasure in life was that of her children and grandchildren. The Sunday before she passed she got to see her grandson land his first fish. Left to mourn her passing is her husband of 26 years Jimmy Miller, daughter Kelly McElwee, son James Miller, all of Independence, and daughter Celia Miller of New Mexico. She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren, family, and friends.
