Marlene Millstead (Siler)

Marlene Millstead, 84 of Warrensburg, MO passed away Friday, August 12, 2022 at her residence. Cremation is planned with a graveside inurnment to be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 19, 2022 at the Englewood Cemetery in Clinton, MO. Marlene was born July 1, 1938 in Austin, TX to William Merle and Margaret (Thomas) Siler and spent her early life in Texas and later relocated and graduated from Lee’s Summit High School. She had worked as an office manager for Missouri Public Service for over 31 years until she retired. She also worked in the financial area of the Warrensburg United Methodist Church. She has lived in Warrensburg since 1998. She enjoyed croquet and spending time with her family. She is survived by; Her husband, James Millstead of the home; a daughter, Paula Murphy and husband Mark of Warsaw, MO; a son, David Larson and wife Sheri of Blue Springs, MO; a sister, Marilyn McQueen of Blue Springs, MO, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
