Woodrow J. Mitchell

Woodrow J. "Woody� Mitchell, 90 of Kansas City, MO passed away July 24, 2003 at North Kansas City Hospital. Services 2:00 pm Mon, July 28, 2003 at Englewood Baptist Church, 1900 N. E. Englewood Road, Gladstone, MO. Woody was a Charter Member and served as a deacon of the church. Visitation prior to the services at the church from 1-2pm. Burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. He was a retired electrical mechanic for TWA. Mr. Mitchell was born June 10, 1913 in Goodman, MO the son of John T. and Cornelia Gibson Mitchell. He was married to Aileen I. Maxwell, Mitchell and she preceded him in death, he was also preceded by one grandson, Jeffery Thomas Cook. He is survived by one daughter, Jean Anne McAllister, Kansas City, MO, two sisters, Anita Mitchell, Goodman, MO and Orpha House, of AZ, one sister-in-law, Lorraine Webb, Independence, MO, and several nieces and nephews.
