Jane (Curtin) Mittelstadt, Gutridge, 51, of Odessa, MO, passed away in her sleep at home on Saturday, June 25, 2011. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. Services at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 1, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial to follow at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Jane was born May 18, 1960 in Independence, MO to James and Doria (Worrel) Curtin. She graduated from Van Horn High School, class of 1978. Jane is survived by her husband of 28 years, Kevin Patrick Gutridge; four children, James D. Mittelstadt, Matthew P. Gutridge, Kathleen M. Gutridge and Mary J. Gutridge; five grandchildren; her parents, James and Doria Curtin; four sisters, Christine A. Berlin, Diana Serrano, Sandra Watt and Jeanine Osborn; one brother, James C. Curtin; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
