Lillian Jean "Jeannie� Moore, 61, of Independence, died October 30, 2006 at Research Medical Center. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Interment will be in Mound Grove Cemetery. Jeannie was born in Kansas City, Missouri on November 8, 1944 the daughter of Jack William and Lillian (Buford) Crugar. She loved to travel, shopping, being a homemaker and enjoyed her family. Jeannie worked for Kansas City Pet Supply for 22 years as an office manager. She also sold AVON cosmetics. She married Robert L. Moore on September 1, 1972 in Miami, Oklahoma. He survives her. She is also survived by her mother, Lillian Crugar of Independence, Mo., two brothers, Robert Crugar and wife Terry of Blue Springs, Mo., David Crugar and wife Sherry of Independence, a sister Carol Huffman and husband Chris of Kansas City, Ks. and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Jack on October 20, 2003, and by two brothers, Jess on November 21, 1997 and Ralph "Jackie� on February 5, 2001.
