Col. Kenneth F. Morrill (Ret.)

Kenneth F. Morrill, 58, of Lee�s Summit, MO, formerly of Gray, ME passed away Thursday, March 17th at his home after a hard fought battle with cancer. Services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, March 20th at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at 1:00pm. Cremation to follow. Private interment in Ft. Leavenworth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Ken was born April 1, 1946 to the late Evelyn (Gallop) Morrill Whitney and Noland Morrill. He retired from the United States Army after 26 years of service with the rank of colonel. Most recently he served as Accreditation Coordinator for Truman Medical Centers. He is survived by his wife Rebecca (McFarland) Morrill; daughter Shelley Speer-Huntley and husband Grant, daughter Bethany Morrill and fianc� James, son Ken Morrill; step-sons Jeff Dethloff, Brad Reber and wife Christine; 7 grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law Bob and June Doughty, Nick and Sylvia Morrill; and many good friends.
