Geraldine Mundy, 79, Kansas City, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at her residence.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM., on Saturday, Sept 28, 2013, at Valhalla Gardens of Memory Mausoleum, 3412 Frank Scott Parkway West, Belleville, IL 62223. In lieu of flowers memorial are suggested to the Southern Care Inc., 1240 N.E. Windsor Dr. Lee’s Summit, MO 64086 or Wayside Waifs, 3901 Martha Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO 64137.
Gerri was born on October 22, 1933, in St. Louis, IL, the daughter of Hiram and Beulah (Cretton) Mundy. She was a United States Navy veteran serving her country for several years.
Gerri is survived by the love of her life of 29 years, Barbara J. King, of the home. She is preceded in death by her parents.
