Rev. William "Bart" Mynatt

Rev. William Barton "Bart� Mynatt, 76 of Independence, MO passed away Mon. July 14, 2003 at Research Medical Center. Services will be 2:00 pm, Thur. July 17, 2003 at the George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home where the visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Rev. Mynatt was born on Sep. 16, 1926 to William & Josephine Mynatt in Kansas City, MO and had lived this area most of his life. He had been a Machinist for Livers Bronze retiring in 1991. He had been an ordained minister and member of Fairmont Christian Church since 1954. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and a member of the American Legion Post 21. Rev. Mynatt is survived by his wife, Bruna Mynatt of the home. Two sons and their wives, Ray and Ila Purrier of Independence, MO and Tim and Cyndi Gardner of Holden, MO. A daughter and her husband, Adriana and Tim Richards of Lee�s Summit, MO. Three brothers, Herb Mynatt of Raytown, MO, Parlan Grant Mynatt of Topeka, KS and Stanley Mynatt of Modesto, CA. One sister, Ruth Perch of Holden, MO. A granddaughter, Sheryl Gentry, six step-grandchildren and one great grandson.
