Judy A. Nagel 70, passed away on December 5, 2017. A memorial visitation will be held from 11:00am-12:30pm on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St. Independence, Mo. 64055
A committal service will follow at Mt. Washington Cemetery Columbarium at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions be made to Susan G. Komen of Greater Kansas City, 8900 State Line Rd #333, Leawood, KS 66206
Judy was born on June 30, 1947 in Independence, Mo to Fred and Fern Lyons. She attended Ft. Osage High
School graduating with the class of 1965. She married Richard Nagel on Sept 8, 1978. Judy retired from Sprint in 2000 when she and Richard moved to Lake Mary, Florida.
Judy is survived by her husband Richard Nagel, three sons, Joe Miller and wife Chanin, of Independence, Mike Miller and wife, Erin of Olathe and Rick Nagel of Raytown; three sisters Linda Bowen of Independence, Louise Lyons of Prairie Village and sister- in-law Gayle Shewmaker of Lee’s Summit, and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and father.
