Evelyn Neidholdt

Evelyn J. Neidholdt, 61, of Independence, MO passed away March 18, 2014, at her home with her family by her side. Memorial Services will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 22, at Saints Haven Restoration Branch, 300 Chicago Ave, Sibley, MO 64088. Evelyn was born on November 20, 1952 in Alma, MI to Donald and Wanda (Jenkins) Wings. After moving to the Independence area, she met the love of her life, Dan. Together they raised 6 children. Evelyn’s greatest joy in life was her family, and watching it grow to include grandchildren. She was very artistic, gardening, and a self taught musician, even composing her own music. Evelyn is preceded in death by her oldest son Daniel in 1996. Survivors include her husband Dan; son, Raymon (Jennifer) Neidholdt; daughter, Janey (Michael) Beem; son, Joseph (Jamie) Neidholdt; daughter, Lori (Levi) Rhoads; and daughter, Holly Neidholdt; brother, Don Wing; and 9 grandchildren.
