Carol R. Netter 87, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at Village House Hospice. Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time Saturday at the chapel. Donations may be made in her name to Outreach International. Carol was born November 1, 1933 in Independence, MO to George D. and Glenna (Clow) Radmall and has been a long-time area resident. She graduated from Harrisonville High School and held a Master’s in education from MU. She had worked as an elementary school teacher in the Blue Springs School District for a number of years until she retired in 1997. She enjoyed quilting, traveling with her husband in their RV and camping and spending time with family. She was a member of the RLDS church. She is survived by; her children, David Netter and wife Nicci of Lee’s Summit, MO and Lynne Warnock of Seattle WA; a sister, Anna Lou Nicholls of Harrisonville, MO; 5 grandchildren, Ryan, Aaron, Emily, Tyler and Dennis and 3 grandchildren, Lily, Ariyah and Jasmine. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Netter in 2011, her parents and a brother, George DeWayne.
