William Joseph "Bill" Nevins Ii

William J. “Bill” Nevins II, 62, Independence, MO died May 20, 2016. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Wed., June 1 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055; committal service with Military Honors at Leavenworth National Cemetery at 10 am, Thursday, June 2. Bill was born Jan. 23, 1954 in Fulton, MO and grew up there. He was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Navy. Bill is survived by son Steven Nevins; step-daughter Barbie Daniel; sisters Wendy Ritter and Jackie Scott; grandsons Curtis and Tanner Nevins; granddaughters Breanna Foster, Cianna Daniel, Sophie Daniel and great-granddaughter Presley Foster.
