Lucille J. Nieman Beal, 90, Independence, MO passed away Aug. 17, 2012. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Monday at Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th Street, Independence, MO 64055. Graveside services will be 10 am, Tuesday at Mt. Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to Crossroads Hospice, 9237 Ward Pkwy., Kansas City, MO 64114.
Lucille was born Nov. 29, 1921 in Quanah, TX. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of the Restoration Church.
Lucille was preceded in death by husbands George Nieman and Maynard Beal, four brothers and a sister. She is survived by daughters Margaret Bennett; Elsie Hensley; Nancy Hoag; step-sons Lawrence Beal, Robert Beal, Joel Pasley and Kenneth Beal; step-daughter Carolyn Kolb; sister Emogene Ivy; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
