David Lee O'Dell

David Lee O�Dell, 62, of Surprise, AZ, formerly of Independence, MO, passed away, Fri. Jan 14, 2005 at his home. Services will be 2:00 pm, Thu. Jan 20, 2005 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 - 8:30 pm, Wed. at the chapel. Contributions are suggested to the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Mr. O�Dell was born on Jun 21, 1942 to Harrison and Ruby (Love) O�Dell in Independence, MO. He had been a Warehouse Supervisor for Salt River Project retiring in 1985. David was a member and Deacon at The New Apostolic Church in Phoenix, AZ. He was a loving and caring father, grandfather, and son and will be greatly missed. David was preceded in death by his father, Harrison, stepfather, William, a daughter, Paula and a sister, Jana. He is survived by one son, Michael and wife Sandra of Liberal, KS; Three daughters, Dana and husband Russ of Glendale, AZ; Lana and husband, Greg of Glendale, AZ and Cherie of Prescott, AZ. Nine grandchildren, Joshua, Leslie, Jeremy, Stephen, Michael Jr., David, Tiffany, Zachary and Tyler. His mother, Ruby McNeely of Independence, MO. A special cousin, Lois of Independence, MO, two nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
