Claud F., "C.F." Parker, 86, of Independence, MO passed away October 2, 2016. A visitation will be held October 6th from 6-8pm at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St. Independence. A service will be held Friday, Oct. 7 at 10am at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial with full military honors will follow at Mound Grove Cemetery. Claud was born, October 20, 1929 in Quincy, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Harry, Floyd, Nelly Quaintance, Nora Leiber, Alton, Ross, and Bud; and 4 infants including Grady Kevin He is survived by his wife, Patty, daughter, Vinita Garzee and husband Larry of Bolivar, MO and son, Eric and wife, Alison of Harrisonville, MO.; grandchildren Katie and Emily and 4 great-grandchildren, Lola, Abrianna, Kaylee, Braelyn and one coming in March. Claud retired from Independence Sanitarium Hospital. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1948-1952. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and playing the piano.
