Laura E. Parker

Laura E. Parker 64, of Sibley, MO passed away Monday, September 5, 2005. Services will be 10 am Friday, September 9th at Speaks Buckner Chapel; with interment in Mound Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Chapel. Laura was born July 7, 1941 to Elbert and Louella Luff. She was united in marriage to Wayne M. Parker on September 10, 1961. They made their home on a farm on the outskirts of Sibley for 30 years, where they owned Ma & Pa�s Exotic Animal Farm. Then 8 years ago, they moved into their home in the town of Sibley. She was a member of the Glendale Congregation, a homemaker, and a caregiver to family for many years. Laura was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Trina Jones; grandson, Clifton Price; brothers Richard and Henry Luff. She is survived by her children, Colleen Warren of Chesapeake, VA, Bill Parker of Oak Grove, MO, Rose Parker of Holden, MO, Shelia Harper of Edwards, MO, Chuck Parker of Atherton, MO, Dwayne Parker of Independence, MO, Laurie Gamm, and Renee Burke both of Sibley, MO; 23 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Hoover, Lucy Graybill, Charlotte Anderson, Marilyn Luff.
