Patrick Michael Terry, 69 of Blue Springs, MO passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs, MO. Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, July 29, 2024 at the First Baptist Church of Lee’s Summit. The family will greet friends from 4-6:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Pat was born March 15, 1955 in Royal Oak, MI to Robert C. and Carol Glenine (Tatge) Terry. He moved to the Kansas City area at a young age and graduated from Pleasant Hill High School in 1973. He worked as a Senior IT Administrator most recently for Sharepoint at GEHA for the last 6 years. He was an avid KC Chiefs fan and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lee’s Summit where he served as a deacon and was a Sunday School Teacher. He is survived by his wife, Vada (Inman) of the home; 2 daughters, Sarah Henks and husband Daniel of Greenwood, MO and Jennifer Reed and husband Jan-Michael of Independence, MO; a brother, Paul Terry of Kansas City, MO and 3 grandchildren, Mackenzie Henks (Josh), Ellie Henks and Trace Henks.
