Jesse C. "Pat� Patterson, 88 Independence, MO died Feb. 25, 2006. Services will be 3 pm, Wed., March 1, at Speaks Suburban Chapel; cremation. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. The family suggests contributions to the Kidney Foundation. Pat was born Dec. 15, 1917 in Independence, MO He was a Navy veteran of WW II. He was the owner of Commerce Construction Company. He enjoyed fishing and spending time at Tablerock Lake. He was a member of Ararat Shrine, Optimist International, and Sertoma. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Betsy Patterson; daughter Sherill Balarashti and husband John; grandsons Chris Patterson, Jamie Balarashti and wife Ingrid; Darius Balarashti; and great-granddaughter Meena Balarashti.
