Christopher Keith Patton, 26 of Independence, MO passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019 from injuries in a car accident on Independence Avenue at Wilson Ave. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052 with cremation to follow. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Monday evening at the chapel. Christopher was born October 5, 1993 in Kansas City, MO to Daryl and Myra (Day) Patton and has been a lifelong area resident. He attended William Chrisman High School and enjoyed RC cars, loud music and motorcycles. He was a tree worker and self-employed mechanic. He is survived by; his parents. Daryl and Myra Patton; 4 children, Landyn Patton, Bryndyn Patton, Cycyn Patton and Journey Patton; 3 brothers, Daryl “Cody” Patton and wife Nikky, Kevin Patton and KC Patton; a companion Erica Keller; his grandparents, Anita Belcher Lachance and husband Don and Peggy and Keith Embree and many other friends and relatives.
