Frances M. Pelletier, 88, Independence, MO passed away Oct. 15, 2017. Services will be 10 am, Friday, Oct. 20 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055; interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Frances was born Aug. 25, 1929 in Kansas City, MO and graduated from Northeast High School. She worked for the Social Security Administration before retiring in 1967. She was a charter member of Country Meadows Baptist Church. Frances is survived by her son, Bill Pelletier, North Kansas City MO.
