Arline J. Pemberton

Arline J. Pemberton, 88, of Independence, MO passed away on November 10, 2005 at her home. A visitation will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, at the Speaks Buckner Chapel. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the chapel, with burial at Buckner Hill Cemetery. Arline was born on January 29, 1917 in Walthill, NE to Wilfred E. and Birdie Jewel (Filson) Rogers. She was married in November of 1948 in Jackson County, MO to Daniel Herbert Pemberton, who preceded her in death on January 18, 1981. She was a loving grandmother, mother and wife, and a life-time member of the Community of Christ Church. Arline is survived by her daughters, Mona Grace Harris and Marian Kilgore; one son, David Medley; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
