Albert M. Pence

Albert M. Pence, 87 of Aurora, TX passed away Thursday October 19, 2006 at his residence. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the chapel. Mr. Pence was born January 3, 1919 in Oskaloosa, MO to William and Bonnie Catherine (Bowen) Pence. He had worked as a truck driver for a number of years until her retired in 1982 from Jack Cooper Trucking. He was a veteran of WWII having served in the Merchant Marines. Survivors include; 2 daughters, Lynn McCallister of Newark, TX and Marjorie Pearson of Marshfield, MO; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
