Howard E. Peppers, 76, Independence, Mo. died May 20, 2005. Graveside services will be 10 am, Wed., May 25 at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6 - 8 pm, Tuesday at Speaks Suburban Chapel. The family suggests contributions to Kansas City Hospice.
Howard was born De. 13, 1928 in Higginsville, Mo. He was a n airplane mechanic for TWA for over thirty years and retired in 1991. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois I. Peppers of the home; daughters Joyce I. Couts; Linda G. Friend and husband Rick, all of Independence; brother Francis Peppers; sister Edith Howard; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
