Wanda Petree, 77, of Independence, MO passed away on August 1, 2007 at Centerpoint Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 4, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington, Independence, MO. The service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial at Floral Hills Cemetery. Wanda was born on January 26, 1930 in Pettigrew, Arkansas to Dan and Chloe Keck. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; and three sisters. Wanda is survived by one daughter, Betty Peters and husband John; one son, Larry Petree and wife Pam; four granddaughters, Shannon Adamson and husband John, Amy Petree, Kassi Robinson and husband Jason, Allison Hoyt and husband Jason; one grandson, Daniel Winters and wife Jennifer; five great grandchildren, Bailey, Logan and Landon Winters, Breahna Robinson, Gracelyn Hoyt; two step grandchildren, Jason and Tricia Peters; two brothers, Dan Keck and wife Betty, Simon Keck and wife Wilma; and one sister-in-law, Rheta Keck. She will be dearly missed.
