MARK BRADLEY PHILLIPS
Mark Bradley Phillips, an avid Chiefs fan, passed away unexpectedly on June 24, 2021 at his home. He was 64. Mark was born to Carol and Norma Phillips on June 22, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri.
After graduating from Van Horn High School Mark spent many years as an HVAC Technician before retiring. When he wasn’t working Mark spent every moment of free time on his Honda motorcycle. He enjoyed taking trips with his friends and his son Bradley throughout the U.S. Mark also enjoyed sci fi movies, computer games and solving puzzles. He was an easy-going guy and perfectly content on his own. Mark had a witty sense of humor, loved his family fiercely and will be greatly missed.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Jodi Reynolds (Randy); son, Bradley Phillips (Melanie); grandchildren, Fiona and Ava Reynolds, Isabela and Sebastian Torres; sisters, Sheila Blakemore (Chris) and Shawna Fleenor (Charles); brother, Clark Phillips (Sandy) and his parents, Carol and Norma Phillips.
Visitation is scheduled on Wednesday, June 30th from 5-7pm at Carson-Speaks Chapel in Independence, Missouri. Funeral service will take place at 2pm on Thursday, July 1st.
