Halina Power

Halina Power, 84, of Indep., MO, passed away peacefully at her home on Oct. 1, 2014. She was born in Poland on Aug. 10, 1930. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Power, mother, Louise Janicki, daughter, Mary Weir, and brother, Leo Janicki. Halina is survived by; daughters, Helen Wilczewski (Kazik), Donna Walat (Casey), and Irene Sozanski; son, John Power, son-in-law, Eric Weir; 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Monday, Oct. 6, at Speaks Suburban Chapel. The Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Tuesday, Oct, 7, at St. Marks Catholic Church. Burial to follow in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens.
