Winnie was born Feb. 3, 1961 in Oahu, Hawaii. Winnie is survived by daughters Sula Hercules, Dazie Ramos; sisters Josephine Moore and husband Butch; Betty Jane Manning; Susan Manning; Drena Manning; brothers Terry Storey and wife Kim; David Storey and wife Carolyn; Mark Storey and wife Julie; Tim Storey and wife Teeny and granddaughter Brielle Hercules.
