Betty Anne Randol

Betty Anne Randol, 77, Independence, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2003 at the Rosewood Health Care Center. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, August 18, 2003 at the Chapel at the Groves. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Rosehill Cemetery, Lamoni, Iowa. The family suggests contributions to Northcare Hospice, 2900 Clay Edwards Dr.; North Kansas City, MO 64116. Mrs. Randol was born July 9, 1926 in Allerton, Iowa to Oval and Anna (Delong) Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard C. Randol. Mr. and Mrs. Randol were married 57 years. Mrs. Randol worked for several years as a secretary for the Visiting Nurses Association. Her survivors include three sons; Ron and wife Betty, Independence, Doug and wife Fiona, Olympia WA; and Jeff and wife Terri, Solebury PA; a sister, LaVare Randol, Independence, seven grandchildren, Matt McNett and wife, Kerri, Lee�s Summit; Kelli Adkins and husband, Loren, Omaha, NE; Brett Randol, Independence, Alexis Randol, Olympia, Washington; Tiffany, Nicolas and Kara Randol, Solebury, PA; four great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and many friends.
