Ross L. Rash, 82, of Independence, MO passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014. Graveside Services will 10:00 am Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Mound Grove Cemetery. Ross was born on December 20, 1931 to Arthur and Henrietta (Hancock) Rash in Monticello, AR. Ross had lived in the area since 1956. After the death of his first wife, Marilyn, he married Carroll Branche. They were married for 23 wonderful years. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, and yard work. He loved people, and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Ross also enjoyed NASCAR. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn Joan Rash, brothers; Jack Rash and Buck Rash; sister, Margie Van Arsdol. Left to mourn his passing is his wife Carroll Rash ;daughter, Gail Easley; step daughter, Suzie Mathews; grandchildren, Amber Wuster and her husband Jim, Danielle Easley, and Tara Bono; great grandchildren, Taylor Hammond, Emma Wuster, and Emerson Mathews.
