Nettie Renshaw

Nettie Louise Renshaw, 87, of Independence, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at the Rehabilitation Center of Independence. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 24, 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday, September 23, 2007 from 1-3:00 p.m. Burial in Mound Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church. Nettie was born February 23, 1920 in Albany, AL to Daniel and Thelma (Mayton) Manasco, one of seventeen children, with nine surviving. She married Estel Renshaw, and they were blessed with thirteen children. Mrs. Renshaw is survived by her children Barbara Delgado, Phyllis Renshaw, Maxine Lawson, Beverly Barnett, Norma Martinez, Paulette Cervantes, Gary (Tony) Renshaw, Rose Bagby; her loving dog Brittany; twenty-six grandchildren; sixty-six great-grandchildren; nineteen great-great-grandchildren. Nettie was preceded in death by her children Walter, Georgia, Helen (Walker), Larry and John Renshaw.
