Claude D. "Duncan� Reynolds, 79, of Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at the Medical Center of Independence. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10-11:00 a.m. Burial in New Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Duncan was born May 17, 1927 in Udall, MO to Harry and Eva (Mitchell) Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He loved the Lord and was an Elder in the Church of Christ for 20 years. Duncan was a family man, with his life centered around his wife, children and grandchildren. Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bonnie (Kesner) Reynolds, son Reginald Reynolds and wife Sharon; daughter Peggy Farnsworth and husband Scott; grandchildren Stephanie and Paul Bratcher, Stacie and Brian Carrender, Connie and Greg Bell, Jeff and Jaime Reynolds, Jason and Sara Farnsworth, Joseph and Sarah Farnsworth, Joshua Farnsworth; great-grandchildren Dylan, Brooke, Kayla, Madelynn, Olivia, Kaitlyn, Reece, Alexis, Landon, Krista and Cody; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
