Harry T. Keith Reynolds, 89, of Raytown, MO went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at his home surrounded by family and loved ones.
Keith was born on December 9, 1923 at Roscoe, MO the son of Chelcie Oval and Dorothy Mae (Rhoades) Reynolds. He was married to Wanda D. Smith in November, 1942. After marrying, Keith and Wanda moved to Kansas City where he worked as a cook at Pioneer Grill, then moved on to other establishments such as Joe’s, Rugels, and A&B restaurants. He later retired from Allis Chalmers after 17 years. Keith was saved at the age of 27, and pastored several churches throughout his lifetime.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Wanda Reynolds; sister, Sally Couch of Clinton, MO; brother Don Reynolds and wife Gail of Blue Springs, MO; children, Larry Reynolds and wife Shirley of Independence, MO, Barbara Adams and husband Bob of Converse, TX, Sandy Francis of Gladstone, MO, Connie Monhollen of Raytown, MO, Rick Reynolds and wife Sharon of Callahan, FL, Gary Reynolds of Independence, MO, Cheryl Tedder and husband Ken of Lee’s Summit, MO, Doretta Reynolds of Blue Springs, MO and Kelly Reynolds and wife Kristi of Rochester, MN; 23 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ronald Reynolds; sister, Betty Clinton; and his parents.
Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Deepwater Cemetery.
