Frieda Riddle of Independence, MO passed away on July 30, 2006 at the Independence Regional Health Center. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3, from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the chapel. Entombment will follow in the Mound Grove Mausoleum. Frieda was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on February 27, 1921 the daughter of Daniel and Lucille (Yocum) Bigham. Frieda loved her family, quilting and flowers. She had a strong faith in God, and attended services at the South Crysler Restoration Branch, Farview Restoration Branch and Special Ministries. Valentine�s Day holds a special place in her heart as she just celebrated 25 years of marriage with John. Frieda is survived by her husband, John R. Riddle, 9 children; Jacquie (Dick) McClain, Judi Cobb, Linda (Mark) Clapham, Shari (George) Harmon, Jim (Caryl) Schultz, Eileen (Randy) Cooper, Steve (Rhonda) Riddle, Darrell Riddle, Brian (Peggy) Riddle; 29 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ervin G. Schultz, Sr.; a son, Ervin G. Schultz II; and a son-in-law, Gar Cobb.
