Patrick Riley

Patrick “Pat” Riley, 65, of Raytown, MO, died unexpectedly on November 29, 2007. He was born on July 4, 1942, in Las Vegas, NV to Herbert William Riley and Dora Adea (Nall) Riley-Marshall. In 1960, Pat graduated from Jet High School in Jet, Oklahoma. Pat then attended Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma, graduating in 1967. He was self-employed for many years as a manufacturer sales representative, and had many friends and acquaintances. Pat was a wonderful friend to all he knew, and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Dorann Gardner-Sullivan. He is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer Riley and Sharla and husband Dane Sommer; three grandchildren, Dylan, Logan and Lauren Sommer; one brother, Michael Riley and wife Rebecca; and two nephews. A memorial visitation will be held from 9-10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 7, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. A memorial service will follow at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
