Lois R. Rinehart
Lois R. Rinehart, 88, of Independence, Mo., went to be with the Lord on October 21, 2006, at Foxwood Springs Care Center in Raymore, Mo. The family will celebrate her life Thursday, October 26, at 11:00 a.m. at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, Mo. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. at Newton Burial Park Cemetery in Nevada, Mo.
Lois was a life long resident of Independence, Mo. a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Independence and a 21 year employee of the Independence Examiner. She was preceded in death by her husband William A. "Shorty� Rinehart. Survivors include her daughter Judi Tempel and her husband Keith Tempel, two grandsons, Kevin Tempel, and Vincent Tempel and his wife Amy Tempel and three great grandchildren, Megan, Alyssa and Garrett Tempel.
