Nedra A. Rishel of Blue Springs died Friday morning at St. Mary’s Manor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan C. Rishel, son, Danny Rishel, and daughter, Pamela J. Scott. Services at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 39th Street; Visitation at 12:30 pm, Monday, Sept. 10, services at 1:00 pm. Burial at Mount Moriah Cemetery.
