Robert “Bob” Vaughan Breazeale, 70, of Blue Springs, MO, went home to be with the Lord on January 30, 2024. He was born on February 13, 1953, to Bud and Nita (Manes) Breazeale in Springfield, MO. Bob graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelor of Music degree in education for both vocal and instrumental music. Boulevard Baptist Church in Springfield, MO is where Bob said yes to Jesus. On August 10, 1974, he wed Linda Woody. They had 49 wonderful years together. Bob moved to Blue Springs, MO and had been a part of the community since 1982, which included him becoming a volunteer firefighter for several years. He became a member, along with his wife and daughter, at First Baptist Church of Blue Springs, where they have been members since 1991. Bob was a digital imager and after 20 years he retired from Dimensional Innovations in 2008. Some of the extraordinary projects he was a part of included the WWI museum - interior pictures, murals and historical wording; T-Mobile Center interior; and Mid-Continent Public Library parking lot in downtown Kansas City - "which was transformed into a giant classical bookshelf featuring Tolkien, Shakespeare and Dickens". He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Bob is survived by his loving wife Linda Breazeale, daughter Catherine Harrelson (Curtis), grandsons Tyler Benton and Bradley Benton, step granddaughters Izzy Harrelson and Elie Harrelson, sister Joanie Yonkers (Mike), and his aunt, Patty Reed.
