Wanda Robertson

Wanda Robertson, 82, of Raytown, MO passed away July 20, 2017. Visitation will be from 5-7pm Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 West Lexington Independence, MO 64052. Funeral services will be 10am Monday, July 24, 2017 at the chapel. Burial will take place in Mound Grove Cemetery. Wanda was born the 3rd of 9 children in Hermitage, MO to John and Jewell (Miller) Hart. For over 35 years, Wanda worked in various State Farm offices in the area, retiring as an underwriter. Wanda was a very artistic person and enjoyed needlepoint, cross stitch and painting. Wanda was a very independent person that took great pride in her family and always worried about them. Survivors include; daughter Yvonna Smith and her husband Robert; daughter Roberta Honeycutt and her husband Ronald; daughter Kimberly Felz and her husband James; grandchildren Stacey Thompson and her husband Randal, Robert Smith II his and wife Elizabeth, Joshua Felz, and Zachary Felz; 5 great grandchildren; a large extended family and many friends. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, 6 sisters, and her grandson, Timothy Ray Honeycutt. Memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen.
