Candy Rauber Robison, 41 of Kansas City, MO passed away on Mon. Jun. 28, 2004 at home with her family by her side after a long battle with cancer. Services will be 2:00 pm, Thur. Jul 1, 2004 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Contributions are suggested to the Odyssey Hospice of Kansas City, MO. Candy had attended Delano School for the Handicapped and also the Hickman Mills Sr. High School. She had the innocence of a child and loved everyone unconditionally. Her loves in life were wrestling, bingo, game shows and being with her family. She was a member of True Kindred and the girl scouts. She was the 1973 March of Dimes Poster Child. Candy was preceded in death by her husband, Carvin Robison. Survivors include her parents, Doug and Mayan Rauber of Lincoln, MO, Sisters and their husbands, Maurena and Greg DeJanes, Vickie and Reg Cordry, Jean and Jeff Buckley, Mary Ann and Tony Armstrong and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. We all hurt beyond words for the pain you suffered but find comfort now that you are whole and walking free of pain.
