David Rodman

David Russell Rodman, 45, of Independence, MO passed away, Monday, November 10, 2003 at his home. Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm Thursday, November 13, 2003 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Services will be 10:00 am Friday, November 14, 2003 at the chapel. Burial in New Salem Cemetery. David was born November 19, 1957 in Batesville, Arkansas to Howard and Jean (Cooper) Rodman. David was an avid Kansas City Chiefs football fan. He was musically inclined and loved to play the drums. David enjoyed being outside spending time gardening in the yard and going fishing. Mr. Rodman is survived by his wife Bonnie (Green) Rodman of the home; step-son Richard Green; step-daughter Michelle Vaughn (Gary) all of Independence, MO; grandchildren Richard and Waylon Green. Also surviving are his mother Jean Mayer of Independence, MO; brothers Jeffrey and Rick Rodman, both of Independence, MO; niece Stacey Rodman. David was preceded in death by his father Howard Rodman and step-father Victor Mayer.
